Red brass is a good color match to 14k gold. This ring has been given a wax polish to protect the finish and your skin but it is not plated so like all brass, there is the potential for tarnish and some people experience color change on their fingers. Keeping it wiped clean with a soft cloth or a polish wipe will help avoid oxidation
Teeth are cleaned, shaped, and coated with a wax polish to protect them from water. Teeth are natural objects so no two will ever be exactly alike.

I ship everything first class mail within 3 to 5 business days of your order if it is an in Stock item. Made to order items take 1-2 weeks to be made and then shipped out. Please don't order a made to order item and then leave bad feedback when it takes that long. You can see your "ship by" date on your invoice.
It usually only takes first class 2-3 days to arrive once it is shipped, but please allow up to 9 days from when you receive your shipping notification email before you start to worry.
International orders: I will ship pretty much anywhere that receives mail. I use first class international mail. It is estimated to take 7-10 days from the mailing date to arrive, and usually does, however once it is out of the hands of the U.S. postal service I have no control or way to track a package. They are very rarely lost but do sometimes get held up in customs. That being said please allow 2 weeks from the mailing date before you start to worry.
I also do not cover customs charges, or fill out customs forms dishonestly. You are responsible for all customs fees associated with merchandise of the value of the item you purchase according to the customs rules of your given country.
Unfortunately I cannot accept buyer's remorse returns. Please understand this is a very small company and I depend on income from current sales to keep it going and continue to make new things
I do however replace/ offer refunds on items that are lost in the mail, defective, or damaged. If you receive a damaged item I may ask you to return it (I will cover your shipping) before processing a full refund. This is both because unfortunately the world is a dishonest place, and because I am constantly learning, and if something broke I want to know what went wrong.
I also make refund/ returns exceptions in cases when a customer is absolutely unhappy with the item they have received. If you find yourself truly unhappy with you purchase PLEASE PLEASE contact me before leaving negative feedback. Negative feedback may make you feel better if you are upset but keep in mind it affects my livelihood. Many of my negative feedbacks would have been easily avoided if customers would have communicated with me to try to come up with a solution before leaving them. It is my intention to make and sell things that I love and would wear and I want the people who buy my pieces to feel the same way.

I get many many messages asking me very specific questions about how I make pieces or how I obtain my materials. I am happy to have a conversation with you about my work, my process, my inspiration, whatever, however I cannot share information about the specific sources of my materials (teeth especially, most other things are found by me) and I cannot sell teeth individually. I also cannot tell you where I buy my findings. I know this sounds harsh but at the end of the day this is a jewelry business, and I want to you to buy my jewelry, not buy my materials and make your own, so please do not take offense to my refusal to answer some of these questions. I am protecting my own business and intellectual property.
